Job summary

Akima Mission Optimization (AMO) seeks an experienced Senior Management Analyst to provide analytical, operational, and managerial support for complex programs. The role focuses on organizational effectiveness, program evaluation, and strategic decision-making to ensure mission-focused performance and efficiency.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

• Analyze management processes, structures, resources, and practices to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop recommendations to enhance management effectiveness and efficiency.
• Track and report program milestones, metrics, and performance indicators for senior stakeholders.
• Provide analytical support in logistics, budgeting, finance, quality assurance, and resource management.
• Conduct work measurement studies, cost analyses, and workload assessments to inform decisions.
• Use management information systems to collect data, monitor performance, and prepare reports.
• Collect and interpret information from multiple sources to identify trends and risks.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate working groups and organizational problem-solving sessions.
• Lead workshops and training to develop leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement improvements and support data-driven decisions.

Education

Masters degree in a related field
