Job summary

US Foods seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy to lead strategic initiatives, identify opportunities, analyze data, and present findings to executives. You will work with cross-functional teams and support implementation of corporate initiatives from a remote setting in the United States.

Responsibilities include project leadership, analytics development, executive communications, and field enablement, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and maintaining high accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of analytical experience in roles.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and technical aptitude with data.
• Ability to build consensus and lead workstreams.
• Clear, concise communicator across all levels of the organization.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills for senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in data analysis and statistical inference.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects: deliverables, timeline, success criteria; collaborate with analytics partners and stakeholders.
• Analyze problems using advanced methods; synthesize insights; provide recommendations.
• Prepare executive-level written materials and present to senior audiences.
• Develop field training, SOPs, and tracking capabilities for execution of initiatives.
• Collaborate with Strategy team and support ad-hoc needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
