Qualifications

• 3+ years in management consulting or 5+ years in-house strategy roles.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with consumer research (qualitative & quantitative).
• Strong ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of retail, apparel and DTC business models.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Design the annual strategic planning process with leadership touchpoints.
• Build a 5-year customer model and sizing levers to drive impact.
• Design enterprise planning framework to focus leadership on key imperatives.
• Partner with SVP-level leaders to develop strategies and track learnings.
• Develop strategic situational assessments and data-driven insights.
• Analyze consumer and competitive tools to track market performance.
• Build price elasticity models for pricing outcomes.
