Job summary

WEX is seeking a senior strategy professional to shape the future of a dynamic growth company. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Strategy and drives short-, mid-, and long‑term initiatives across WEX.

You will lead end-to-end strategy projects, analyze market trends, and collaborate with stakeholders across businesses to align efforts and deliver actionable insights. Up to 20% travel, mostly to Portland, ME.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategy experience, including 4+ years in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or similar
• Analytical problem-solver who translates data into actionable insights
• First-principles thinker with a consulting toolkit for complex problems
• Adept at using the latest AI tools to drive efficiency and insights
• Collaborative, team-oriented in fast-paced environments
• Deep financial acumen, proficient in building financial models and handling large data sets

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and corporate strategy projects with stakeholders
• Apply analytical, data-driven approach to framing and answering strategic questions
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competition, and technologies
• Drive collaboration and strategic alignment across WEX businesses
