Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) is seeking a senior leader for the Office of Strategy and Support in McLean, VA. The role oversees strategic planning, enterprise goals, and cross-IC collaboration to advance national security priorities.

The position manages a team, defines objectives, and implements plans aligned with long-term intelligence community interests. Requires a decade of leadership experience and a bachelor's degree, with eligibility for a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience leading strategic planning, managing, and directing large organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission area.
• Expert knowledge of IC organizations' missions to develop national-level strategies and policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees strategic planning, oversight coordination, partnerships, events, task management, and branding portfolios.
• Manages IC OIG strategic planning efforts, tracks status of initiatives, and plans leadership off-sites.
• Leads relationships with senior IC officials to promote collaboration among IC OIGs.
• Liaises with external partners including IC Inspectors General Forum and Five Eyes oversight bodies.
• Plans and executes the Intelligence Community Inspectors General Conference and awards programs.
• Establishes IC OIG community initiatives, committees, and task forces.
• Leads development of IC IG's Annual Work Plan and statutory reports.
