Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher plus five (5) years of work related experience.
• Official transcripts are required.
• Current and valid Texas driver's license required for offsite travel.
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support business clients to identify their business needs and provide tools for growth.
• Provide consultation and innovative ideas for working with small business clients.
• Engage in routine meetings to identify opportunities and growth plans.
• Create and implement change plans with program leadership.
• Train colleagues and advise clients to ensure success of business plans.
• Track progress and develop reports for overall projects.
