Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, strategic planning, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced capability in designing executive-ready presentation decks and strategic frameworks.

Responsibilities

Consult as an expert to influence business initiatives and deliver long-term, large-scale strategic solutions.
Analyze highly complex challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple operational areas.
Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative business execution strategies and frameworks.
Collaborate with business execution team members to drive key strategic initiatives.
Influence, guide, and support less experienced strategy and execution staff within the business group.
Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution to support the successful implementation of developed plans.
Synthesize disparate data, contexts, and viewpoints into coherent strategic recommendations.
