• Analyze market trends and assess business opportunities to guide clients in informed decision-making.

• Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within deal-making processes.
• Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback.
• Direct teams through complex situations, maintaining composure in ambiguous environments.
• Initiate coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
• Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
• Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, including independence requirements.
