Job summary

VSP Vision seeks a Senior Strategy Consultant, Provider Relations to conduct research and analyses driving strategic initiatives across the organization and to support the CEO and Executive Team in improving profit, enterprise value, and competitive position.

You will help develop enterprise, pillar, and LOB strategies, participate in annual planning, and translate market insights in vision care, healthcare, and insurance into pragmatic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics, or related field.
• Eight years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, strategy or management consulting, research, data analytics, market analysis, or competitive intelligence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on simplicity of messaging.
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise, pillar, and line-of-business (LOB) strategies.
• Support the development of longer-term strategic and business plans and the annual operational planning process.
• Coordinate and prepare content for Board of Directors and Committee meetings as needed.
• Develop insights on the vision care industry, healthcare and insurance sectors, and related trends.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define strategic initiatives with broad impact.
• Work with data and analytics teams to maintain metrics measuring progress against strategic goals.
