Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant in Business Strategy to join our Strategy & Transactions team. You will work with senior leaders to shape growth, evaluate markets, and design enterprise transformations across corporate, customer, and operations domains.

The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, client-ready deliverables, and leadership of workstreams. Travel up to 50% is expected; immigration sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 4+ years of management consulting experience in corporate strategy, business unit strategy, strategic planning, growth strategy, commercial strategy, or business transformation.
• 4+ years of experience working with senior executives to develop and implement strategies for growth and transformation at the corporate, business, or product level.
• 4+ years of experience developing client-ready materials, including roadmaps, presentations, business cases, business process documentation, and transformation plans.
• 4+ years of experience using analytical methods and tools to develop analyses and recommendations and assess industry trends and business implications.
• 4+ years of experience defining trends across industries and articulating their impact to clients' business and strategic choices.
• 4+ years of experience leading teams and coaching or mentoring staff.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Advanced degree in business, such as an MBA
• 2+ years of experience supporting consulting sales pursuits and proposal development
• 2+ years of experience with scenario planning or scenario modeling
• Experience in one or more general and administrative functions, including human resources, information technology, finance, procurement, or commercial operations
• Experience with digital technologies that support customer experiences, including CRM, e-commerce, or content management systems

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategies that support profitability, growth, and enterprise value creation
• Create client deliverables such as roadmaps, business cases, transformation plans, and executive presentations
• Lead workstreams or components of large, complex engagements
• drive the research, analysis and synthesis to help connect strategy choices to operating model, capability and investment implications for our clients
• oversee the detailed, quantitative analysis work associated with developing meaningful insights to address our clients' biggest challenges which include helping clients increase revenues, decreasing costs, accelerating cash flow, improving margin and operational workflows by addressing people, processes, and technology across every aspect of the project lifecycle
• Ability to travel 50% and collaborate with clients across industries
