Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations by analyzing objectives, market conditions, and operational data.
• Evaluate financial, operational, customer, and market information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to develop short- and long-term strategic plans.
• Identify growth opportunities across markets, products, and services.
• Assess processes and workflows to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Build structured business cases, financial analyses, and presentations for initiatives.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
