Bluprintx (BPX) is a global, AI-powered consultancy delivering intelligent front-office transformations for CMO and CRO executives. We seek an autonomous Senior Strategic Consultant to drive multi-year roadmaps, engage with C-suite leaders, and oversee strategy across MarTech, CRM and data stacks.

You will own the strategic direction, lead design for transformation programs, and coach client teams through change management to realize lasting business value.

Qualifications

• Must have advisory or strategy experience in marketing, CX, or digital transformation.
• Experience delivering transformation in Financial Services.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy-driven design for transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Champion AI-driven transformation across client engagements.
• Provide source-agnostic advisory across MarTech, CRM, and data stacks.
• Support sales with strategic insights and expansion opportunities.
• Coach clients through change management for adoption.
