Bluprintx is seeking a VP of Strategic Alliances to lead the Databricks/Snowflake practice, driving enterprise alliance sales and a repeatable co-sell engine with CMOs, CROs, and data leaders. This PE-backed role emphasizes high impact and hands-on GTM execution.

You will shape market strategy, secure marquee logos, and close transformation deals with cross-functional teams, advancing the AI-powered front office vision.

Qualifications

• Experience directly selling within the Databricks or Snowflake platform ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in managing strategic partner or alliance frameworks.
• History of carrying and exceeding enterprise-level sales quotas.
• Strong familiarity with cloud data ecosystems and AI/ML capabilities on Databricks/Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic alliance relationships with Databricks and Snowflake, building a repeatable co-sell engine.
• Build, manage, and close a pipeline of platform-led front-office transformation work within enterprise accounts.
• Consistently meet defined commercial sales quotas for the practice.
• Formulate the commercial GTM strategy, partner programs, and competitive positioning within the data and AI ecosystem.
• Partner with the Architecture Leader to scope, architect, and win complex enterprise deals.
• Synthesize market insights on data platform trends and client demand for leadership.
• Champion Bluprintx’s AI point of view and guide multi-national enterprises on modern data architectures and AI roadmaps.
