Job summary

Compa Industries is seeking a Software Developer 3 to lead the deployment of Strategy Customer Managed Cloud on Red Hat OpenShift for LANL. You will install, configure, and production‑deploy the CMC platform, build containers, and ensure compatibility with existing reports and ERP security settings.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of enterprise software experience, strong OpenShift/Kubernetes/Linux skills, and the ability to mentor LANL staff remotely during Mountain Time hours.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience implementing Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (CMC).
• Experience deploying Strategy CMC within Red Hat OpenShift environments.
• Strong OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, and container administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, configuration, testing, and production deployment of Strategy Customer Managed Cloud.
• Deploy and configure Strategy CMC within a Red Hat OpenShift container platform.
• Build and manage containers to support the Strategy CMC environment.
• Configure the environment to support existing Strategy reports, dashboards, and security settings.
• Validate functionality, connectivity, security, performance, and production readiness.
• Mentor LANL middleware personnel on OpenShift and Strategy CMC administration.
• Develop documentation, procedures, and administration standards.
