Job summary

Tech Army, LLC seeks a Senior Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (CMC) Consultant to lead deployment of Strategy CMC in a Red Hat OpenShift environment at Los Alamos. You will configure the platform to support existing on‑premise reports and dashboards, establish long‑term operations, and provide hands-on support while mentoring LANL staff.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in enterprise deployments, strong expertise in Strategy CMC, and proven ability to transfer knowledge to stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in implementing and supporting enterprise app platforms.
• Subject matter expert in Strategy CMC architecture, deployment, and administration.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations from deployment to production.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, and production deployment of Strategy CMC.
• Deploy and configure Strategy CMC within a Red Hat OpenShift environment.
• Configure the CMC environment to support existing on-premises reports, dashboards, security, and functionality.
• Validate application functionality, performance, connectivity, and production readiness.
• Perform CMC configuration, tuning, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
• Maintain the Strategy CMC application and containerized infrastructure after deployment.
• Develop operational procedures and best practices for long-term platform support.
• Mentor LANL middleware personnel on administration and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams for a reliable environment.
