Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• 9+ years of directly applicable experience implementing and supporting complex enterprise application platforms.
• Subject matter expert in Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (CMC) architecture, deployment, configuration, and administration.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations from initial deployment through production operations and knowledge transfer.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and management stakeholders.
• Extensive hands‑on experience deploying and administering Strategy CMC in production environments.
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift administration, container technologies, Kubernetes, and Linux.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, configuration, and production deployment of Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (CMC).
• Deploy and configure Strategy CMC within a Red Hat OpenShift environment.
• Configure the new CMC environment to support existing on-premises Strategy reports and dashboards.
• Validate application functionality, performance, connectivity, and overall production readiness.
• Perform CMC configuration, tuning, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support.
• Maintain the Strategy CMC application and supporting containerized infrastructure after production deployment.
• Develop operational procedures, documentation, and best practices for long-term platform support.
• Mentor LANL middleware personnel on administration of OpenShift and Strategy CMC.
