Job summary

Disney in Glendale, CA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Games Global Strategy & Business Operations to shape the long-term strategy for Disney Games & Digital Entertainment, with a focus on the digital universe connected to Fortnite.

You will partner with senior leaders across product, technology, finance, legal, marketing, and Disney Entertainment to develop strategic frameworks, evaluate opportunities, build executive narratives, and drive data‑driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related fields.
• 5 years within gaming, entertainment, media, or technology.
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills including financial modeling.
• Proven ability to develop executive presentations and board materials.
• Strong understanding of the interactive entertainment industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across product, technology, finance, marketing, legal, and other business functions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that shape the long-term direction of Disney Games & Digital Entertainment. Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership by developing executive narratives, strategic recommendations, business cases, and Board-level materials.
• Leverage market research, vendor analytics, competitive intelligence, and business performance data to identify strategic opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, technology, finance, marketing, legal, and Disney Entertainment teams to align strategic priorities and drive initiatives.
• Influence senior leaders across Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Disney Entertainment to align priorities and drive execution.
• Lead components of the annual operating plan and long-range strategic planning; work with Finance to develop multi-year strategies and track progress.
• Lead the development of executive business reviews by synthesizing market trends, portfolio performance, and strategy priorities into actionable recommendations.
• Drive and support partnership and greenlight process with business cases and financial models.
