Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
10+ years in data science, analytics, or quantitative product analytics in gaming/entertainment.
Proven use of statistics, forecasting, experimentation, and behavioral analytics on large datasets.
Strong SQL and Python or R in cloud data ecosystems and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead as primary games data science analytics lead for Disney Digital Entertainment; central source for product performance and insights.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Develop and deliver data-driven analyses for senior leadership with clear narratives and exec-ready presentations.
Build analytics infrastructure, event pipelines, and self-service reporting solutions with data engineering teams.
Translate findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
