You will build scalable analytics, dashboards, and reporting, translating complex findings into clear narratives for executives and cross-functional partners to shape long-term business

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science, analytics, or quantitative product analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python or R; experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS.
• Experience with large-scale telemetry, gameplay data, or entertainment analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary games data science lead for Disney Digital Entertainment, acting as the central source of truth for games product performance, player behavior, and business insights.
• Develop and deliver analyses for senior leadership with clear narratives, executive presentations, and strategy recommendations.
• Apply advanced analytics, forecasting, experimentation, and behavioral segmentation to improve engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to build scalable analytics infrastructure and self-service reporting.
