Job summary

HCSC is seeking a strategic planning professional to support divisional strategy development, identify tools to assess opportunities, and deliver end-to-end reports while coordinating with multiple internal teams to drive outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in health care strategy, analytics, and matrixed project management, with exceptional communication and presentation skills to facilitate governance and decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 5 years in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care or consulting.
• Master or professional degree with 4 years in the same fields.
• 7 years in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care or consulting.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, problem solving, and communication.
• Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Experience managing complex corporate projects in a matrixed environment.
• Presentation and group facilitation experience.
• Experience interacting with staff across multiple departments.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• PC proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities
