U.S. Financial Technology is seeking a Senior Analyst - Strategy, Analytics & Reporting to deliver analytical foundations for enterprise strategy, AI initiatives, and portfolio execution. This remote, full-time role emphasizes data-driven decision support and executive-ready materials.

The position requires 5+ years in strategy/BI, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to unfold complex data into clear insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain management reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and analyses for enterprise strategy, AI, and portfolio decisions.
• Collect, integrate, and analyze financial, operational, portfolio, and strategic data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define and track success measures for strategic initiatives and AI programs.
• Translate analysis into concise executive insights and recommendations.
• Support executive cadences with accurate, decision-useful reporting and materials.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to synthesize inputs into presentations.
