Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Strategy, M&A and/or Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of the Private Banking Industry and ability to influence and drive complex initiatives.
• High level of proficiency in financial calculations.
• Experience in project management, merger and acquisitions, due diligence and transactions.
• Comfortable using generative AI and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, oral & written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AI tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Defines and develops analytical approaches to unprecedented and complex issues.
• Determines where measurement gaps exist and devises new metrics or reports to fill those gaps.
• Reviews operational data/metrics, analyzes and synthesizes the data, then compiles into reports or presentations.
• Navigates the entire firm to effectively complete tasks.
• Develops consultative partnerships with internal teams and leaders to understand their objectives and reporting requirements.
• Communicates with internal teams and leaders to stay abreast of organization operations and reporting protocols.
• Leads special projects/initiatives of strategic importance for the function or business unit.
• Acts as technical leader for ad-hoc reporting or project needs.
• Collaborates with senior leaders to align analytical needs with business results.
• Provides guidance to less experienced staff.
• Leads projects including assigning work and monitoring quality.
