Baptist Health Care is seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst in Pensacola to lead data-driven strategic initiatives and analytics reporting. You will partner with operational leaders to develop market insights and track performance across service lines, driving growth and operational excellence.

The Senior Strategy Analyst supports organizational strategy development, execution, and performance tracking through data analytics. Partnering with operational leaders and other internal teams, the Senior Strategy Analyst mines and manages internal and external data to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement. This role is responsible for the full development of report/content generation from conception to the production of actionable information that drives strategic business decisions. The Senior Strategy leads the analytics team in the end-to-end management of an analytic requests and is responsible for the training of new team members. A successful Strategy Analyst has strong critical thinking and communication skills and is both detail-oriented and a big picture thinker.
