• Expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting, including experience framing problems, proposing solutions, and guiding stakeholders through decision-making.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present strategic recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of Finance, including financial modeling, budgeting, and evaluation of investment and profitability drivers.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or corporate development in industrial or manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across time zones and functions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• High level of integrity, sound judgment, and a structured approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
