Job summary

JRC Integrated Systems seeks a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to support Navy strategic weapons programs, nuclear surety, policy, compliance, and readiness initiatives. This role requires extensive experience with weapons systems, inspections, and technical documentation, working closely with government stakeholders and fleet organizations to ensure mission objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting Navy strategic weapons, submarine weapons, nuclear surety, or related defense mission areas.
• Active DoD security clearance at Top-Secret level or recently active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience in regulated environments requiring strict procedural compliance and technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME and program support for analyses, testing, data validation, and operational assessments.
• Interface with Government program personnel and technical stakeholders on weapons safety, security, and readiness.
• Develop and deliver program plans, requirements, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Create and maintain technical and program documentation per Navy/DoD requirements.
• Support inspections, readiness assessments, and readiness-related training and exercises.
• Coordinate with fleet organizations, authorities, and program offices to ensure compliance and successful system employment.
