  • Interface directly with Government program personnel and technical stakeholders on matters related to weapons surety, safety, security, readiness, and compliance.
  • Assist in identifying, planning, developing, and delivering program products, procedures, policies, and processes supporting strategic weapons operations.

  • Support the development of program plans and documentation, including requirements, schedules, master plans, cost estimates, test plans, readiness assessments, and other program materials.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and develop recommendations supporting program planning, risk reduction, operational readiness, and decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, program briefs, status reports, memorandums, and formal correspondence.
  • Track actions, schedules, deliverables, and program activities to ensure work is completed within established requirements.
What You Bring

  • Experience working within highly regulated operational environments requiring strict procedural compliance and technical discipline.
  • Familiarity with weapons safety, emergency response, incident management, inspection, or operational readiness programs.
  • Experience developing, reviewing, or working from technical procedures, operating instructions, ordnance documentation, standard operating procedures, or other controlled technical documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical, operational, and senior Government stakeholders.
Bonus Points

  • Previous submarine or fleet operational experience.
  • Strategic weapons, missile, strike, or nuclear weapons experience.
  • Experience supporting weapons inspection, certification, qualification, or compliance programs.
