Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Senior Operational Sourcing Analyst to lead data-driven sourcing decisions and contract optimization across an integrated delivery network. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years in business and 5+ years in Excel, analytics and reporting tools
• 5+ years with ERP, procurement, and contract management systems
• 5+ years of problem-solving and project management skills
• 5+ years of experience in a hospital/healthcare system or IDN/healthcare services organization

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between internal Spend Management and external customers and suppliers
• Build relationships to understand end-to-end spend management and support departments
• Participate in supplier business reviews and vendor meetings; propose process improvements
• Ensure contracts are executed per negotiated terms, pricing, rebates, SLAs
• Analyze spend data to identify sourcing opportunities and cost-reduction initiatives
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to manage rebates and payments
• Create and maintain procurement dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting
• Mine data from procurement platforms to identify improvement opportunities and KPIs
• Manage supplier onboarding and vendor setup, including credit docs and approvals
• Monitor supplier performance against contracts and KPIs; coordinate escalations
• Drive continuous process improvements and train staff
