The position - located in Galway, Ireland, our largest manufacturing site in the EMEA region, offers a unique blend of onsite and remote work as part of our hybrid model. As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will report directly to the ISM EMEA Corporate Services Manager, focusing on SG&A categories in a generalist capacity. You will engage closely with peers across EMEA and global categories, driving key initiatives to achieve savings and optimize our supplier base. Your role will be pivotal in managing strategic supplier contracts and acting as a gatekeeper for the Procure-to-Pay (PtP) process within SG&A categories. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team, leveraging your skills to deliver impactful sourcing strategies and efficiencies.

A Day in The Life Of:

• Strong track record in strategic sourcing within a multinational environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and procurement software, and excellent negotiation skills
• Familiarity with SG&A categories and experience in managing supplier relationships are advantageous
• Professional certification in supply chain or procurement, such as CIPS or CPSM, is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams

Key Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of strategic sourcing experience in Strategic Sourcing including Supply Chain projects in a multi-divisional corporation
• Experience in indirect sourcing and executing the category strategies
• Strong stakeholders management skills to be a recognized Trusted Advisor
• Project management
• Track record in achieving cost savings and contract management

• Knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay process
• Additional language skills (verbal & written) an advantage
