Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Sr. Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to support the Raritan, NJ site and broader U.S. business units.

You will drive sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract workflows, and spend analysis, ensuring compliant purchasing and optimal value. The role demands 3–4 years in procurement within regulated environments, SAP/S4HANA experience, and proficiency in MS Office with Power BI as a plus. AI tool awareness and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience; GMP/pharma/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with SAP/S/4HANA transactions and PR/PO lifecycle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Power BI a plus.
• Ability to learn new systems and AI tools, with responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing, vendor selection, market analysis, benchmarking to optimize price without compromising quality or supply.
• Support business units in developing requirements and scopes for sourcing; monitor supplier performance against POs.
• Handle procurement operations: requisitions, POs, open orders, invoicing, and vendor documentation.
• Maintain supplier records, onboarding, due diligence, and data in SAP.
• Support contract workflow, commercial terms review, and compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Finance, AP, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Contribute to spend analysis, procurement reports, and SOPs.
