Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead complex, high-impact procurement for construction, engineering, facilities, equipment, and related services.

You will drive category strategy using data-driven insights, manage large-scale RFx events, negotiate contracts, and mentor team members across cross-functional groups to improve spend, quality and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior leaders to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for designated categories.
• Lead RFQ/RFP events, evaluate proposals, and negotiate multi-year contracts.
• Oversee construction program sourcing to optimize cost structures and risk.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and communicate impacts to leadership.
