Job summary

PNC is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Lead to drive category strategies and complex RFx events across multiple locations in the U.S. You will influence senior stakeholders, negotiate high-value contracts, and lead lifecycle management within the Supply Chain organization.

Based in Pittsburgh/Cleveland areas, you will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize supplier value and risk management while aligning with corporate strategy and enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience in financial services.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with ERP and S2P platforms (Ariba preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of category strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Drive complex RFx events from ideation through contract execution.
• Act as subject matter expert, influencing sourcing decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Negotiate high-value contracts with risk management and compliance focus.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management and supplier relationships.
