ABM is hiring a Senior Strategic Sourcer, Skilled Trades to support high-priority and difficult-to-fill hiring skilled trades needs within Manufacturing, Electrical Power Services, Critical Facilities, and Data Centers through advanced sourcing strategy, proactive talent identification, passive candidate outreach and pipeline development. This role serves as a sourcing subject matter expert and partners closely with recruiters and hiring teams to deliver qualified candidates, talent maps, and market insight for critical roles.

This will be a Hybrid Role (in‑office Mon‑Thu) located at 2020 Westridge Drive, Irving TX 75038.
