The role emphasizes advanced sourcing strategy, proactive talent identification, passive candidate outreach, and pipeline development.

The position is hybrid (in-office Mon-Thu) at multiple office locations, with a salary range of $90,000–$115,000.

Qualifications

• Sourcing subject matter expert for high-priority skilled trades roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to deliver candidates, talent maps, and market insights.
• Hybrid role with in-office work 3 days a week at listed offices.

Job description

ABM is hiring a Senior Strategic Sourcer, Skilled Trades to support high-priority and difficult-to-fill hiring skilled trades needs within Manufacturing, Electrical Power Services, Critical Facilities, and Data Centers through advanced sourcing strategy, proactive talent identification, passive candidate outreach, and pipeline development. This role serves as a sourcing subject matter expert and partners closely with recruiters and hiring teams to deliver qualified candidates, talent maps, and market insight for critical roles.

This is a Hybrid Role (in-office Mon-Thu) located at one of the following ABM offices:

• 600 Harrison, San Francisco, CA 94107
• 1150 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015
• 7420 South Kyrene Road, Tempe, AZ 85283
  

Pay: $90,000–$115,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
