Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Category Manager – Professional Services to craft sourcing strategies, drive value, and ensure smooth delivery across a range of professional services. You will lead complex sourcing projects and build strong relationships with senior business collaborators.

You will work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment, applying spend analytics and market intelligence to inform category decisions and realize value for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management and supplier management.
• Experience with professional services categories (consulting, contingent labor, recruitment, legal, etc.).
• Strong commercial and negotiation capability with master services agreements, SLAs, and complex service arrangements.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and uphold category strategies for Professional Services aligned with priorities.
• Analyze spend, supplier landscapes, demand patterns, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Negotiate terms, pricing models, service levels, and contractual conditions.
• Establish frameworks for consulting, advisory, agency, legal, recruitment, and contingent labor engagements.
• Develop supplier segmentation and governance models based on spend and risk.
• Serve as a trusted procurement advisor to senior leaders.
