Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing experience.
• 3+ years managing complex commodities with $8–$15M annual spend.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle for assigned commodities.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, lead times, and contracts.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to improve cost competitiveness.
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare and present supplier/cost recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain purchasing data in ERP/MRP system.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance.
• Lead resolution of material shortages and delivery issues.
