Job description

As a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst at HanesBrands, you'll play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and providing analytical insights that guide decision-making across the organization. Your day will involve developing financial models, creating clear and compelling presentations for senior leadership, and ensuring the smooth execution of strategic projects. You'll collaborate across departments, translating complex data into actionable recommendations through PowerPoint storytelling and data visualization.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, including scenario analysis, to support long-range planning and new business opportunities.
  • Create compelling presentations and data visualizations to communicate key insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HanesBrands’ strategic capabilities and contribute to problem-solving efforts that drive business performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience; 4+ years of equivalent experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills to support strategic decision-making.
  • Strong PowerPoint storytelling and data visualization skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Critical thinking and strategic mindset to support planning and execution efforts.
