Job Description

The Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager (SPM) expands Craft's network of academic and employer relationships, supporting the company's vision. This role increases market reach, enhances student access, improves affordability, and enriches the student experience by developing, securing, and growing regional partners aligned with Craft's educational programs and strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Reflect and promote Craft's mission authentically.
  • Build deep partnerships to extend Craft's educational impact.
  • Implement strategic partnership plans, ensuring successful launches, maintenance, and achievement of project goals.
  • Deliver sales presentations to potential partners, utilizing Craft's “flywheel” approach.
  • Represent Craft at regional and professional events to extend outreach.
  • Utilize marketing and communication strategies to keep Craft top of mind for educational opportunities.
  • Plan and execute regional and national events, including pre-event outreach, marketing, and follow-up.
  • Develop marketing strategies supporting regional and national initiatives.
  • Manage time effectively to sustain partner engagement and project implementation.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of activities and contacts.
  • Develop alumni to represent Craft at events and within their workplaces.
  • Participate in strategic planning, process development, and organizational projects.
  • Handle complex initiatives across regional and national scopes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods.
  • Lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
