Job summary

The Block is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager (remote) to identify, develop, and manage high-impact partnerships across media, data, financial services, and crypto. You will report to the CEO and drive execution from top-down strategy to hands-on delivery, shaping joint initiatives and multi-year plans with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience building and managing strategic partnerships, or alliance programs in media, research, financial services, or crypto.
• Ability to operate as a single-threaded owner with hands-on execution.
• Experience preparing executive briefings and driving follow-through with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate opportunities into clear business plans and partnership proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project and program management to coordinate complex workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own external partnerships and manage direction, cadence, and outcomes weekly.
• Develop multi-year partnership strategies and translate them into executable plans.
• Build relationships across partner organizations including executives, media, product, engineering, and sales.
• Maintain disciplined operating cadence across initiatives with clear priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional work to support partnership goals across editorial, research, product, and marketing.
• Translate partner opportunities into internal plans including roadmap and commercial motions.
• Track measurable outcomes like pipeline influence and revenue impact.
• Represent partnerships at the executive level with clear recommendations.
