Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering and supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead OEM operations team in planning and executing new product ramps.
• Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations and OEM teams.
• Plan and manage capacity, including ownership of a multi‑million dollar factory equipment budget; forecast and model scenarios.
• Collaborate with Planning and Materials to align supply with demand using data analysis.
• Manage operations communications across all levels; present data‑backed options to executives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on Quality, Cost reduction, and Supply Chain resilience.
• Build analytical frameworks and tools to improve decision-making speed and accuracy.
• Travel internationally up to 10–15% to support OEM partners and factory operations.
