You will mentor engineers, lead cross-functional teams, and manage complex projects through to mass production, with travel up to 40% as needed for international OEM partnerships and program success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in precision assembly, inspection and validation.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for manufacturing operations at multiple vendors and sites.
• Drive contract manufacturer prep for pre-production builds.
• Develop and validate production processes and documentation.
• Implement new technologies to improve quality and efficiency.
• Set standards and advise design choices for manufacturing.
• Mentor other engineering teams and factory technicians.
• Lead projects and plan major sub-projects.
• Cover DFx, DFm, product engineering and process engineering roles.
• Perform DOE and Six Sigma based data analysis for improvements.
• Provide regular VP-level updates on program health.
• Travel 25-30%.
