Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to operations, translating financial data into meaningful insights.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with a strong emphasis on operational performance (KPIs, productivity metrics, cost drivers).
• Build and refine financial models to support pricing, resource allocation, and margin optimization, and identify process/reporting improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership across operations, finance, and executives to align financial goals with day-to-day execution.
• Participate in ad hoc analysis to evaluate new initiatives, investments, and business changes with data-driven approaches.
