Kforce is seeking a Senior Accountant in Scottsdale, AZ to support core accounting operations and financial reporting for a growing manufacturing company. You will partner with operations and leadership to ensure accurate financial data and drive growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include month-end close, cost accounting and inventory analysis, and financial statement preparation while collaborating with operations and supply chain teams to analyze manufacturing variances and improve internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support cost accounting and inventory analysis.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Analyze manufacturing variances and production costs.
• Support internal controls and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams.
