Job summary

The Performance Improvement Directorate within the Office of the Director of Administration and Management (DA&M) of the Department of Defense in Virginia seeks a GS-15 level professional to support major management studies, strategic planning, and executive reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-14 in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) that demonstrates your experience in management and program analysis.
• Conducting major management and program analysis studies evaluating efficiency and effectiveness of large-scale programs or operations.
• Formulating strategic plans, administrative policies, or program evaluations for an enterprise or multi-component organization.
• Drafting executive-level reports, briefings, or correspondence to present complex findings and analytical conclusions to senior management.
• Participating in or leading project teams or task forces charged with executing cross-functional business initiatives.
