The role partners with senior leaders and HR functions to shape people strategies that align with our mission and objectives. You will collaborate with HRIS, Centers of Excellence, and executive leadership to interpret metrics, design interventions, and drive high-impact leadership development and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Six years HR experience with at least five years in an HRBP or equivalent advisory role.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to leaders, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.
• Lead complex organizational planning, workforce restructuring, and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Influence executive decision-making with workforce insights and business acumen.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HRIS, and executives to implement organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance management and building high-performing teams.
• Drive leadership development and engagement strategies to improve organizational health.
• Support cross-functional HR projects and strategic priorities.
