ACV Auctions is seeking a Sr Associate, Corporate Development to work directly with senior leadership on high-priority initiatives such as growth strategy, new business lines, large-scale partnerships, and international expansion. The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, clear executive storytelling, and real ownership over outcomes.

This position requires 2–5 years in top-tier consulting or equivalent, a strong academic record, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience at a top management consulting firm or similar role.
• Superior analytical skills - ability to build analyses and recommendations that hold up under scrutiny.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Growth & New Business: Evaluate and launch new business lines — from initial thesis through execution, alongside operational teams serving as an advisor.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships, taking initiatives from initial scoping to end‑to‑end implementation.
• M&A: Support the execution of M&A across the entire lifecycle - sourcing, due‑dilligence, modeling, and post‑close integration planning and execution.
• Program Management: Lead cross‑functional initiatives where the answer isn't obvious and the org chart doesn't create a natural owner. Hold internal stakeholders accountable to timelines and decisions; create structure where there isn't any.
• Strategy & Market Intelligence: Lead opportunity assessments that directly inform where ACV invested, builds, or partners — including market sizing, competitive positioning, and business model analysis.
