You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, program management, and analytics, and drive growth and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships. Based in NY/CA, this role offers exposure to high-velocity consumer brands and a culture-forward agency environment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading integrated client relationships at senior level.
• Proven success managing major consumer brands with cross-functional teams.
• Experience coaching and developing account leadership talent in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the health, performance, and growth of a flagship national account.
• Translate complex business and cultural dynamics into clear strategic direction for creative work.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Leadership, Strategy, Context, Creative, PM, Production, Analytics, and Partner Agencies.
• Develop and drive the organic growth strategy across stakeholders, business units, audiences, and workstreams.
• Co-own account financial health including revenue, profitability, staffing, forecasting, scope performance, and investment recommendations.
