Job summary

Enpro Inc. is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to serve as the lead finance partner to Commercial leadership. You will provide financial insight, forecast, and decision support to drive profitable growth across pricing, margins, and strategic initiatives.

You will build and maintain dashboards and models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate complex data into clear recommendations to executives. A strong background in FP&A, pricing, and forecasting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, data analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing, or related field.
• Experience supporting commercial orgs in manufacturing/industrial/B2B environments.
• Demonstrated pricing and customer profitability analysis experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and large data set analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial and Sales leadership, providing proactive financial guidance and decision support.
• Support pricing governance, discounting, margin thresholds, and pricing actions.
• Evaluate quotes, large or non-standard deals, rebates, and commercial agreements.
• Own profitability analytics for customers, products, channels, and segments.
• Analyze performance vs budget/forecast and drive scenario planning and risk assessments.
