The Senior Strategic Finance Analyst will partner with the CFO and Head of FP&A to build investment-grade models, deliver executive-ready insights, and influence planning, pricing, and organizational strategy at ALKU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related analytical field; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
• 3–6 years in investment banking, PE or strategic finance at a high-growth company.
• Elite financial modeling skills including three-statement models and DCF.
• Proven ability to influence decisions with rigorous analysis and clear storytelling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for C-suite and board audiences.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytical resource to CFO and Head of FP&A on strategic questions.
• Develop and maintain defensible views on ALKU's financial performance.
• Build and own complex financial models: long-range plans, scenario analyses, unit economics.
• Design bespoke models to evaluate organic growth, new launches, hiring, and expansion.
• Identify data gaps and ensure reporting infrastructure supports executive decisions.
• Synthesize large datasets into decision-ready outputs using SQL, BI tools, Excel/Python, and AI tools.
• Translate analyses into executive narratives and support investor/bboard presentations.
• Partner with Revenue leaders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
