ALKU, a high-growth staffing firm based in Andover, MA, seeks a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to advise senior leadership with investment-grade modeling and actionable insights for growth across technology, life sciences and government sectors.

You will own complex models, partner with Revenue teams, and influence resource allocation through data-driven recommendations. Applicants should have investment banking or strategic finance background and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related analytical field; MBA, CPA or CFA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytical resource for CFO and Head of FP&A on strategic questions.
• Develop and maintain defensible view on ALKU’s financial performance.
• Build and own complex financial models: long-range plans, scenario analyses, unit economics.
