Qualifications

• 4+ years of strategic planning experience in high-growth or consumer-facing industries.
• Experience building and managing FP&A processes in dynamic environments.
• Strong modeling and analytical skills with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve strategic finance rhythm: planning, forecasting, monthly reviews, long-range models.
• Partner with leaders to develop budgets and track performance across revenue and costs.
